Super Root Android

By getting root permission, you can fully control your Android mobile. You can remove system or preinstalled apps, you can unlock hidden features, you can install a custom ROM, and so on. To root your Android mobile, you could use the aptly name Super Root Android. Using this software, as you can see in the Quick Look video that accompanies this article, is an incredibly simple matter.

Download an installer, run it, follow the instructions presented onscreen by a setup wizard. These are the standard steps you must go through to install software on a Windows PC. They’re also the steps you must go through to install the Super Root Android software on your Windows PC.

Super Root Android can root all sorts of Android devices. It supports devices sold by Samsung, devices sold by Google, devices sold by Lenovo, devices sold by several other manufacturers (a complete list is available here). No matter what Android device you have, one thing remains the same: you must enable USB Debugging Mode. The Super Root Android software cannot root your Android unless you enable USB Debugging Mode.

Once USB Debugging Mode is enabled, you’ll sail through the whole rooting process. Connect your Android mobile using your USB cable, launch Super Root Android, wait for it to detect your device, hit Get Root and wait for the rooting process to complete. Once the rooting process completes, you will be presented with a Congratulations prompt. You will also be presented with the option to remove the root or root again.

The last two prompts, the congratulations and the remove root prompts, feature buttons for some functions that I could not decipher. Why? Because my PC failed to recognize the characters. Had it recognized the characters, I would have been presented with some text in Chinese (I think; see screenshot #4 and #5). Since I don’t speak Chinese, I’ve no idea what these buttons do.
